6 Apr Configure your SMS alert
To keep you up to date on your calling credit, we offer you SMS alerts. Configure them to your likings in "My Viking".
Many users want to know how much SMS or megabytes of data they have left. It is not convenient to have to go back to the website each time to check this. Also when it comes to know when you need to recharge before your free SMS and mobile internet bundle expires, it is better to be alerted in time.
Our new SMS alert service is automatically active for all users. In your "My Viking" section, you can configure the following options:
Besides the settings available in "My Viking", we also will send you an SMS when your calling credit goes below 1€. This alert can not be turned off, since we don't want you to loose the ability to contact your friends!

Pourquoi ne pas créer une requête qui permet de connaitre son crédit ainsi que le data restant.
Exemple chez Mobi* :
- Tapez *123*# et composez
- Reception du sms service avec Crédit + Data -

only a few hours a customer and already loving it!
just a quick question: are there plans to implement top up from the handset itself in the future?
when in belgium that's not an issue, but when abroad and the roaming eating up the credit it would be quite handy to be able to add extra money if needed.
