4 Nov Overview of shortcodes for your mobile phone

We’ve gathered all the configuration codes for your mobile phone into one blog post. We’re also putting it on our FAQ page, so you can always find it asap in case of an emergency!

You can change your PIN code by entering the following code:
**04*old code*new code*new code#

If you’ve entered the wrong PIN code and your phone is blocked, you can unblock it with the following code:
**05*PUK code*new PIN code*new PIN code#

If you want to make a call without displaying your number (“private number”), you can do so by entering #31# in front of the phone number you want to call.

If you’d like to know how much credit you’ve got left, you can call 1966 or send the text message “bal” (from “balance”) to 1966. You’ll get a text message back with the remaining credit.

You can set up your voicemail and listen to your voice messages by calling 1933.
You can also decide when you want your voicemail to switch on: after 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. You can change this with the following combination:
**61*+32486191996**time in seconds#
You can deactivate your voicemail by entering the code ##002#

You can also divert your calls to another phone number, e.g. when you know you won’t be able to pick up the phone this week or when you know you can always be reached at a second number. You can do so by entering the following combination:
**21*number of destination#
You can deactivate this diversion by entering the code ##21#

If you want to divert your calls only when the number is occupied, use the following code:
**67*number of destination#
You can deactivate this diversion by entering the code ##67#

If you want to divert your calls only when the call is not being answered, use the following code:
**61*number of destination#
You can also decide after how many seconds you want this diversion to happen: after 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. You can change this with the following combination:
**61*number of destination**time in seconds#
You can deactivate this diversion by entering the code ##61#

If you want to divert you calls only when the number could not be reached, use the following code:
**62*number of destination#
You can deactivate this diversion by entering the code ##62#
