24 Feb SIM card shipments on schedule
Although many people expected a delay, we are perfectly on schedule with the shipment of our SIM cards.
The same team that occupies the helpdesk and email support is taking care of SIM card shipments.
Many people have asked us why we can't ship them any faster. But there is more to it then just putting the SIM cards in the mail. We need to check your phone number, request a number transfer from your old operator to us, activate your SIM card and enable your priceplan with free internet and SMS.
If we can keep helpdesk calls under control we should even be able to get ahead of our schedule with at least 1 day by the end of next week.
