5 Mar Waiting time for new SIM card reduced to 1 day
Since the launch of Mobile Vikings last month we are shipping SIM cards as fast as we can. By Monday we will have shipped the complete waiting list, beating our own estimates by 3 days.
This means that if your SIM card was supposed to be shipped on Wednesday March 11, it will already be shipped on Friday, March 6. This is very good news, since many people expected that our launch would be delayed or the SIM cards could never be shipped in this short amount of time.
But even with our aggressive launch schedule we managed to beat our own targets. This was only possible thanks to the amazing enthusiasm of our Mobile Vikings operations and R&D team, the wholesale team at Base and the people at Artilium delivering the backend software.

As from Monday we are on cruising speed. This means that if you order a SIM card, it will probably be shipped the same or the next business day. If you have friends or relatives that envy your Mobile Vikings SIM, you can still pass them one of your invites and create another Mobile Vikings buddy.
